Payment methods:
Check, money order or acceptable charge card must accompany your order. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Returned checks are
subject to $20.00 service charge.
Credit Cards:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Credit Card orders placed by fax, mail, e-mail, or other means, must be
accompanied by a copy of the card, written authorization, and signature of the card holder. If the order is placed by phone,
a faxed copy of the order request and the cardholders signature will be required. If a facsimile machine is not available, the order will be
subject to verification.
COD Orders:
We do not accept COD orders.
California Customers:
Orders delivered within the state of California require us to collect California State Sales Tax unless we have a resale card on file. Please add
9.75% sales tax to your order.
Shipping Information:
Domestic Orders: Shipping Charges are based upon UPS or FedEx rates.
International Orders: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We can quote the
shipping charge case by case or you can check with your local agencies regarding the rates. We will ship per your instructions and will

Express Orders: We recommend UPS Next Day Air Service or UPS Second Day Service if express shipping is requested. We try to ship these
orders the day they are placed. We charge the normal UPS Red and UPS Blue fee only.
Delivery:
Except during busy holiday and rush periods, all orders are processed and shipped within two working days of receipt. If an item
is out of stock, but executed within a few days, we will hold the order until the item arrives. If you do not want your order held for out of
stock items, please let us know. Delivery via UPS is usually made within 7 working days.
Return Policy
All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some
items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized.
Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Security & Spy Direct. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid
and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days
of receipt, unless defective. No discontinued item may be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Thirty (30) days money back guarantee (if the product has not been opened, we can accept
return within thirty days). After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any
return or issue any refund on return.
Warranty:
We guarantee all Security & Spy Direct products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing
there is no evidence of customer misuse,or alteration.
We are not responsible for printing errors. Supply until stock is available. Prices are subject to change without notice. Some pictures may vary from actual item.
